Tuvis (formerly Whatslly) is a free browser extension that lets you create leads, view contact details, and copy chats into Salesforce. It can be used with an active Salesforce account or a new one.
The user can be a regular user or an administrator. There are different tools to interact with contacts on WhatsApp: send messages, photos, videos, file transfers, etc. Each tool allows the user to enter a phone number or username and password, or to share it with a team member. In Salesforce, the user can create or update contacts, leads, opportunities, and cases.
To create a lead in Salesforce, the user should select an entity type and enter the phone number or username and password from WhatsApp. The user can create or update contacts, leads, opportunities, and cases.
To see contact details, an agent should select a contact from WhatsApp and enter a username and password. After that, an agent can see all the data for this contact, including the contact profile, email, phone, etc. If the user is a regular user, an agent can also update the contact information, add photos, or update an opportunity.
To copy a chat, the agent should enter the phone number or username and password from WhatsApp. After that, the agent can select a chat and click Copy to Salesforce.
